Apolakkia Village

Rhodes Island has a diminutive and peaceful tourist attraction named, Apolakkia, located at a distance of 92-km from Rhodes city. Being close to Lindos, it can be reached by following the Gennadi to Vati highway. The village seems as if it constructed inside a ditch. According to a myth, its name has been derived from lakos (Greek) which means ditch.

Apolakkia Beach:
Apolakkia (Limni) beach owns 3,500 meters of length and 35 meters of width. This prominent beach gets crowded in summer season. Get along the way going downwards from Apolakkia to Kattavia if you wish to reach this beach. You are also advised to follow the signs. You can have a shower along with a parking area. This place does not carry any other services.
